Two mind-blowing incidents of corporate abuse

Target accuses a 79-year old of mental instability for asking for a cash refund.

What? Holy crap! She had proof that Target had taken money from her bank account without her permission. She wanted the money back in cash. Target insisted that she take gift certificates. They took her money and then wanted to force her to spend it in their store. When I take your money from you without your permission, it's called theft. Apparently Corporate America lives by a different set of rules, because instead of being forced to give her back the money they took, they sent her to the hospital, strapped to a stretcher to have her mental health evaluated.

Wrong on so many levels. Who is some random Target employee to be determining the mental health of someone? Why not own up to the fact that you STOLE money from her and give it back? Why couldn't the police mediate instead of just bowing down to their Corporate Overlords? "They can put you in jail for this," he said. Really? Really?! Target can just send people to jail for asking for their own money back?

I'll never willingly set foot in a Target store again.

JetBlue has a Grandmother arrested for not deleting a video.

Guess what JetBlue? Whatever hope I had that you weren't just another big Corporation working to turn us all into easily manageable cattle to be herded into the chute while swiping our credit cards every time we turn around, just got flushed down the toilet.

They'll buy you pizza if you're stuck for hours on the tarmac, but have you arrested if you don't acquiesce to their whims regardless of their validity. Bread and circuses pizza and DirectTV to keep the citizens consumers complacent.

Whoo...I'm feeling snarky today.
