Chocolate Review: Ecuador

According to Trade Joe's: 66% cocoa. Deep chocolate aroma with floral and fruit notes.

My take: You know, I've got to say, all of this chocolate has a similar taste to it. I could probably tell you if a mystery piece of chocolate was not a part of the Trader Joe's pack based on the taste. That said, this particular chocolate seemed to be "deeper"...less tangy and more thick. It was good. Slighty fruity, but generally mild.
