Chocolate Review: Peru

According to Trader Joe's: 60% cocoa. Well-rounded with subtle jasmine notes and a clean finish.

My take: I think I'm picking up on the jasmine. I also caught a very slight hint of cinnamon. Smooth. I didn't know what was meant by "clean finish", but now I think I do. Once I swallow the chocolate is just gone. Not a lot of aftertaste or melted stuff left. Interesting.
