Chocolate Review: Dominican Republic

According to Trader Joe's: Slightly nutty notes and a sharp finish.

My take: Very smooth. Pretty uniformly cocoa. There aren't any really strong flavors that I can detect. It's 70% cacao, but very mild. Much more so than the 72% Lindt bars.

Mmmm...chocolatey goodness.
