Chocolate Review: Madagascar

According to Trader Joes: Delicate yet powerful tast with notes of banana.

My take: The Madagascar bar is 66% cacao. Overall, it has a strong woodsy/nutty flavor, but there are some tart hints. A little fruity, maybe...makes me think of cherries, although I can't really pick out the actual flavor of cherry. I'm not sure I agree with the banana assessment. It's quite smooth.

"Fruity", "nutty"...I feel like some kind of food snob for using those words, but that's the best I can do for a description.
