Chocolate Review: Intro

So, knowing my proclivity for chocolate, my brother Hyrum got me "Trader Joe's Chocolate Palette", which is a collection of 10 dark chocolate bars from various places around the world. It also comes with a pamphlet describing the different flavors of each.

Now, I'm just a chocolate lover...an amateur chocolate epicurean, but Jena and I both could tell a difference between them all, and I figured that since I have a chocolate section here I might as well use it.

And so I will, over the next little while, inflict you with my own observations of each bar and let you vicariously enjoy my Christmas present with me.

Or something.
