I saw a total fox.

I was out running on the parkway yesterday and saw a pair of these. They were running on the opposite side of the bank of the river that the path follows. They were maybe 50 feet ahead of me, and then I lost them in the bushes. A few minutes later they popped out of the brush on my side of the river and jetted straight across the path maybe 10 feet ahead of me.

Well, the male did. The female got scared and ran down the path until she was a good 100 feet from me and then crossed. They ran across a field and up a hill and watched me until I rounded a corner.

It was cool.
